About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multi‑sector projects within our electrical equipment manufacturing operations in Senoko, Singapore. The role involves overseeing planning, execution and delivery while ensuring quality, cost efficiency and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multi‑sector projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost‑efficiency.
• Establish and uphold best‑in‑class project practices focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Drive cost management initiatives and ensure financial accountability.
• Enhance procurement strategies in collaboration with the Procurement team for optimal material and service selection.
• Oversee commissioning processes to meet performance criteria.
• Implement and manage comprehensive risk management practices and ensure compliance with company procedures, business conduct, and ethics policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management or Electrical Engineering related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Lead or managerial role.
• EPCM project experience with the ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Experience in cost and schedule management.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
