Project Manager – A&A/New Build

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead Architecture & Additions (A&A) and new‑build projects within our construction division. The role involves coordinating all project phases, from planning through handover, while ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem‑solving.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on‑site.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
