Project Manager – Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist II Project Manager to lead cross‑functional development projects for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment and related software solutions. The role oversees the full product lifecycle, from concept through release, ensuring alignment with firm requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of AOI hardware and software projects using the company’s phase‑gate development process.
• Define and control project budgets, schedules, scopes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate daily activities with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external development partners.
• Monitor progress and deliver products on time, within budget, and meeting quality objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical projects in hardware or software environments.
• Strong understanding of the phase‑gate development methodology.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
