Project Manager – Automotive & Product Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end product development lifecycles in the automotive sector. You will act as the bridge between client expectations and technical delivery, coordinating cross‑border teams and ensuring seamless alignment with our China headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Own the foundational planning phase, creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and accurate schedule estimations.
• Travel frequently to conduct project kick‑offs, facilitate face‑to‑face discussions, and secure alignment across functional teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the China HQ, managing technical and strategic interactions with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
• Oversee product development processes with a strong focus on quality assurance, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks before they affect delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on project management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to travel frequently and maintain results‑oriented focus under pressure.
• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese for clear technical communication.
