Project Manager – Automotive Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver automotive projects that meet quality, delivery, and cost (QDC) objectives. This role oversees the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project teams to achieve QDC goals, including planning, estimating, and tracking activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and drive resolution through collaboration.
• Coordinate with local and overseas teams for project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Provide documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks while adapting to changing requirements.
• Support RFI/RFQ activities, including work breakdown and schedule estimation.
• Travel frequently for project kick‑offs, discussions, and alignment meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in English with frequent interaction with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
