Project Manager - Autonomous Inspection Robot

About the role

The Autonomous Inspection Robot (AIR) programme is launching the first robotic depot‑inspection solution for a multinational transportation and mobility group. Based in Kallang, Singapore, the Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of this industrial‑robotics transformation, coordinating finance, governance, suppliers and field teams across Singapore and Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a simple, reliable budget dashboard; track costs, forecasts and flag overruns to leadership.
• Set up and run governance meetings, execute RACI matrices and keep decision‑making lean.
• Produce tailored communications for field teams, finance, suppliers and executives.
• Own the integrated project plan – milestones, owners, critical path – and manage delays across workstreams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; manage dependencies across engineering, IT and operations.
• Track supplier deliverables and contracts, ensuring alignment between internal teams and vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO or Project/Program Manager on complex industrial, digital or transformation programmes.
• Strong finance and budget‑control background with confidence to challenge numbers.
• Disciplined in governance, planning and risk management; able to communicate from shop floor to executive level.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics such as robotics, data and IT without being an engineer.
• Hands‑on with Excel, Notion, PowerPoint and modern collaboration/AI tools.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and can turn unclear scope into clear workstreams.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.
