Project Manager – Building Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑rise commercial building projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This senior position requires strong technical expertise and hands‑on leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
• Manage line‑staff productivity, performance, and safety compliance.
• Ensure site progress aligns with the master programme and that work sequencing is optimal.
• Oversee efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12 years of experience on high‑rise commercial building projects.
• At least three full project cycles with values of $100 M or more.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end‑to‑end construction processes and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with method statements, access planning, and site‑setup plans.
• Ability to interpret drawings to resolve on‑site issues.
