Project Manager (Building & Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building and construction projects across Singapore. You will work closely with the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Consultant in day‑to‑day administration and execution of building contracts.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and implement project activities according to the approved construction programme.
• Organise and participate in briefings, presentations, technical reviews, progress meetings and other stakeholder engagements.
• Manage contract administration, obtain statutory approvals and permits, and supervise construction works.
• Monitor and review contractors’ and consultants’ submissions, including authority approvals, shop drawings, method statements, material samples and inspection schedules.
• Track the overall project master programme to ensure milestones, timelines and budgets are achieved.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and other consultants to prepare cash‑flow forecasts, progress reports and cost updates for management and client presentations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management or Construction Management, recognised by BOA, PEB or BCA.
• Minimum 5 years post‑graduate experience in building construction or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles, contract administration and project delivery.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Works (PSSCOC), Design‑and‑Build contracts and nominated sub‑contract conditions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report‑writing abilities.
