Project Manager / Claim Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Claim Manager to lead construction projects and handle claim processes for a dynamic construction firm in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves overseeing project delivery from planning through execution while ensuring compliance with contracts, safety standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage construction projects in line with contract specifications and project requirements.
• Lead and supervise Project Engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Implement site safety and security policies and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Resolve site and project‑related issues to maintain smooth execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects of similar size and complexity.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead project teams and subcontractors.
