Project Manager – Commercial Office Fit‑Outs

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Manager to lead commercial office fit‑out projects from planning through to handover. You will coordinate clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial office interior projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal design teams.
• Prepare project documentation, schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues.
• Support procurement, vendor management and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design project coordination or execution, preferably commercial office fit‑outs.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• PMP certification and/or risk‑management experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to SGD 6,500 per month.
