Project Manager – Construction (Building Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building projects for a leading A1 main contractor. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define goals and deliverables.
• Supervise construction activities to meet design intent, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Track milestones, performance metrics and adjust plans to keep projects on time.
• Manage budgets, control expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and vendors for timely procurement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns throughout the project.
• Facilitate communication among architects, engineers, authorities and other parties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with standards.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide senior management with regular updates on progress, challenges and risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of proven project management experience in construction, preferably hotel or hospitality developments.
• Successful track record of delivering large‑scale projects on budget and schedule.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
