Project Manager – Construction (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through handover. You will be the primary liaison for clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Own project programme, budget and cost control, identifying variances early and applying corrective actions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Lead and supervise the site team, providing clear direction and accountability.
• Administer the main contract, including progress claims, variation orders, EOT applications and subcontract management.
• Ensure works comply with contract specifications, drawings, authority regulations and WSHA requirements.
• Review and approve risk assessments and method statements before work commences.
• Chair site progress meetings and deliver accurate, timely reports to management and clients.
• Manage manpower allocation, procurement and resource planning.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly and effectively.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural or Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, authority regulations and WSHA requirements.
• Experience with public‑sector projects (e.g., DSTA, SP) is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently under pressure.
