Project Manager – Construction (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of construction projects across Singapore on a part‑time basis. You will work closely with the senior Project Manager and Safety Manager to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and updating the Project Execution Plan.
• Review tender documents, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals and contractor documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary works and conduct weekly progress meetings with contractors.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and verify contractor progress claims.
• Support the Safety Manager in reviewing and approving sub‑contractor safety documents, method statements, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Participate in regular site safety walks, toolbox talks and ensure adherence to IFE quality standards.
• Liaise with local authorities to confirm code compliance and manage final walk‑down inspections and handovers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in construction project management, preferably in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
