Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead M&E projects within data centre environments. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule and quality targets while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver M&E projects in data centre settings from inception to handover.
• Monitor progress, cost and schedule, ensuring timely delivery within budget and specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals and documentation to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, conduct technical reviews and propose value‑engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Supervise, mentor and manage project teams and contractors to drive performance and accountability.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience managing data centre construction or M&E projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, cost control and scheduling in a construction environment.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Possession of a valid Electrician’s Licence issued by the Energy Market Authority is an advantage.
