Project Manager – Defence Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of critical defence systems in Singapore. You will oversee projects from business development and tendering through installation, maintenance, and end‑of‑life disposal, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle for defence systems, including business development, tendering, installation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor expenditures and report cost variances.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively.
• Lead a team of Maintenance Executives, upholding high standards of system serviceability.
• Coordinate with local and overseas clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage vendor contracts, monitor SLA compliance, and handle scope variations.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Enforce HSE standards and safe work practices across all project activities.
• Support operational administration, including security compliance and financial matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information & Digital Technologies, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; familiarity with data analytics or AI productivity tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments.
• Proactive, dependable, and a strong team player.
• Class 3 driver’s licence with at least 2 years of driving experience (preferred).
