Project Manager – Energy Services

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑border partners, risk‑management activities, and knowledge‑sharing with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall project results, including P&L, to meet quality, timeline, budget, and functionality targets.
• Lead planning and execution of assigned projects, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and training rollout for internal teams and subcontractors.
• Support cross‑border technical and commercial management of key service contracts, reporting on financials, delays, risks, and quality.
• Travel for on‑site work during overhauls, upgrades, and commissioning (approximately 30% site‑based, 70% office‑based).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience with a customer‑focused, profit‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to build relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in successful project or service business execution and exposure to contracts management in gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, or compressors.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial practices and a solid understanding of Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices.
