Project Manager, Facilities Development

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Project Manager, Facilities Development to plan and develop healthcare infrastructure facilities and manage projects from proposal to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop master plans and budget proposals
• Take part in conceptual planning and carry out feasibility studies
• Handle design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management

Required profile

• Masters in Architecture with at least 5 years' relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with at least 6 years' experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning and development
• Extensive experience designing hospitality facilities with complex workflows and strict environmental requirements is advantageous
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements for infrastructure facilities development
• Team player with strong project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, proactive and adaptable, able to work well under pressure

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting
