Project Manager – Fitness Programs

About the role

We are seeking an organised and driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of fitness‑related projects and programmes. You will act as the main liaison between clients, fitness professionals, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth, safe and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage fitness programmes from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, operational plans and resource requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and manage budgets, invoices and documentation.
• Coordinate trainers, facilitators, venues, equipment and programme schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, attendance, service quality and participant feedback.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and service level standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentation materials.
• Respond to operational issues, conduct site visits and support delivery as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and participant experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Sports Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project, programme or operations management.
• Experience in fitness, sports, wellness, events or community programmes is an advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work outside regular office hours.
