Project Manager – General (Terminal 5)

About the role

As a Project Manager within the Terminal 5 team, you will lead the planning, execution and delivery of the new terminal and its associated facilities from inception through handover. Based at the Changi East Project Office, you will coordinate a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the project meets its time, cost and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project life‑cycle, including procurement, design development, construction and handover.
• Coordinate design consultants, contractors and internal teams, overseeing feasibility and engineering studies.
• Develop and review project briefs, standards and submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and agency requirements.
• Monitor project schedule, budget and quality, applying risk management techniques to mitigate issues.
• Facilitate communication between public and private agencies, stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Good degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in project management, coordination and program risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project (preferred).
• Risk Management expertise.
