Project Manager – HDB & Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of HDB BTO and residential building projects across Singapore. You will own the end‑to‑end execution, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from planning through handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with design, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Control budgets, variations and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide regular progress, cost, quality and safety reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects from planning to completion.
• Experience with HDB BTO, public housing or large‑scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
