Project Manager - High-Rise Construction

About the role

A well-established construction firm delivering landmark high-rise developments across Singapore is recruiting a Project Manager. You will take end-to-end ownership of complex building projects, from initial planning and design coordination through to handover, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced construction professional in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans, and proactively mitigate risks
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and specialist trade contractors
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, workplace safety and health legislation and industry codes of practice
• Oversee BIM processes and embed Design for Safety in Projects (DfSP) requirements
• Control project expenditure, report variances and implement corrective measures
• Chair progress meetings, prepare status reports and maintain project documentation
• Mentor and guide junior project staff

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of project management experience in building construction, with a proven track record on high-rise projects
• CPAS Tier B accreditation (or eligibility)
• Strong command of English and thorough knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements

Required skills

• BIM Management certification (or equivalent)
• DfSP certification as required by Singapore regulations
• Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple workstreams
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
