Project Manager II – End-to-End Supply Chain Projects

About the role

The Project Manager II will lead complex supply‑chain projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate safety, quality, and cost goals. You will act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full‑scale project plans, schedules, and communication documents.
• Estimate resources, negotiate staffing, and manage vendor relationships.
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and adjust plans to address scope changes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and lead continuous‑improvement events.
• Prepare and present progress reports, budget proposals, and presentations for upper management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across procurement, logistics, engineering, finance, and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple, inter‑dependent workstreams in a supply‑chain or logistics environment.
• Strong track record of handling escalations and maintaining stakeholder confidence.
• Ability to lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
