Project Manager – IT Infrastructure for Pharmaceutical Facility (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure and facility fit‑out initiatives for a major biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Singapore. You will act as the client‑side lead, ensuring that all work packages are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide governance and oversight for assigned facility and infrastructure scopes, ensuring EPCM delivery aligns with scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance.
• Support the senior Project Manager in planning, cost control, schedule tracking, risk management and change control for work packages.
• Prepare regular status updates, stakeholder presentations and stage‑gate reports.
• Coordinate interfaces between EPCM contractors, suppliers, internal SMEs, procurement and end‑users, covering areas such as furniture, IT, AV, kitchen installations and workplace operations.
• Ensure adherence to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related technical discipline; postgraduate engineering qualification preferred.
• Proven experience managing office fit‑out, kitchen installations, IT infrastructure or similar project environments.
• Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and its application to site works and contractor management.
• Demonstrated ability to control schedule and budget at the work‑package level, including progress tracking and variation management.
