Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead piling projects from inception through handover in Singapore. The role requires overseeing multidisciplinary site teams, ensuring strict adherence to Singapore construction standards, and maintaining a safe and high‑quality work environment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of piling projects, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating engineers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors and subcontractors.
• Review and control geotechnical designs, calculations and structural requirements to meet Singapore construction standards.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and quality control measures to minimise risks.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and utilise digital project‑management tools for efficient administration.
• Monitor daily site progress, adjust plans as needed and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Singapore permanent resident.
• Proven experience in managing construction or piling projects.
