Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects for our client base in Singapore. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering projects on time while ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute interior fit‑out projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to meet agreed timelines.
• Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractors.
• Supervise project execution to ensure conformity to specifications, quality standards and delivery schedule.
• Report project status and take corrective actions to keep progress on track.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, clients and contractors to ensure timely handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management of interior fit‑out works.
• Strong background in project management and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods.
• Attention to detail with solid knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
• Good understanding of mechanical & electrical (M&E) works.
