Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead EV charging infrastructure projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery while prioritising customer satisfaction and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in coordination with stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and external contractors to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and resolve high‑urgency issues, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external project communications, providing clear updates to all stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop risk management strategies.
• Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation to maintain project transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the EV market dynamics, charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, results‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required and passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions.
