Project Manager – Landscape Operations

About the role

ISO-LANDSCAPE is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead landscape projects across Singapore. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality outcomes, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the tendering process, develop strategic planning methodologies and ensure competitive, profitable bids.
• Organise and coordinate complex landscape projects, controlling scope creep through effective change‑control procedures.
• Develop detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor milestones to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Supervise, coach and mentor project and maintenance teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes, conduct regular inspections and address issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of materials, plants and equipment, negotiate with suppliers to control costs.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify value‑engineering opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring transparent stakeholder updates.
• Oversee procurement of sub‑contractors, ensure compliance with OSH plans and obtain necessary permits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, drawings and technical coordination records.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing landscape or construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on detail and deadline adherence.
• Ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and control project costs.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
