Project Manager – Large‑Scale HDB Construction

About the role

Our client, a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale HDB and building projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, quality and safety compliance.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
• Control project budgets, cost variations and financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Provide regular progress, cost, quality and safety reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
• Proven track record of managing projects from planning through completion.
• Experience with HDB residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
