Project Manager (Lifts)

About the role

The Project Manager (Lifts) will lead all on‑site activities for lift installation projects, ensuring that quality, safety and schedule commitments are met. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning to handover, maintaining budget and cost control.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, safety documentation and material purchase requests.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors, vendors, sub‑contractors and authorities.
• Monitor financial performance of each project and take corrective actions to avoid overspending.
• Lead the project team, allocate resources and conduct site surveys.
• Manage documentation, approvals, schedule changes, technical clarifications and extensions of time.
• Attend site meetings with customers and vendors and address any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, or Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM) or equivalent safety certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
