Project Manager – LTA Roadwork Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead LTA‑related roadwork projects for a leading civil and infrastructure contractor in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute road construction projects, managing resources and timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and client expectations, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and resolve team issues and conflicts proactively.
• Manage project dependencies, critical paths, and mitigate risks to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in road construction or civil engineering, preferably with LTA roadwork projects.
