Project Manager (Mandarin) – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager (Mandarin) to lead construction projects in Bukit Batok, Singapore. The role involves overseeing all phases of building works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates, negotiate subcontractor contracts, and monitor expenditures to avoid cost overruns.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Enforce rigorous safety regulations and quality assurance measures on‑site.
• Monitor construction progress, manage change orders, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Track project timelines and submit regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven track record in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Familiarity with project scheduling, estimating, and document management systems.
