Project Manager – Manufacturing Fit‑Out & AEI Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead fit‑out and AEI projects within an operational manufacturing facility in Tuas West, Singapore. The role combines technical oversight, stakeholder coordination and a strong safety focus to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and without disrupting plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of fit‑out and AEI works in a live manufacturing environment.
• Plan, coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Review designs, method statements and technical submissions from contractors.
• Identify refurbishment and upgrade opportunities and develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Serve as the primary interface with the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Liaise with client functions (operations, production, EHS, QA/QC, facilities) and the IFM team to align project requirements.
• Conduct meetings, progress reviews and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with EHS standards, permit‑to‑work systems and regulatory requirements.
• Perform site inspections, risk assessments and enforce safe work procedures in high‑risk environments.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or a related field.
• Proven project‑management experience in manufacturing, industrial or mission‑critical settings.
• Strong background in fit‑out, AEI works or brownfield projects.
• Familiarity with live plant operations and associated constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
