Project Manager – Marine Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead marine engineering projects at our Jurong Island facility in Singapore. The role covers end‑to‑end project delivery, from initial planning through to final handover, while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to meet milestones.
• Oversee manpower allocation, ensure the right resources are available, and manage team performance.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, monitoring compliance and addressing any issues promptly.
• Conduct quality control inspections, verify that deliverables meet required standards.
• Manage project costs and budgets, track expenditures, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.
• Handle procurement activities, source materials and services, and manage supplier relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead project completion activities, conduct final handover, and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
