Project Manager - Marine Geotechnical

About the role

Fugro is seeking a Project Manager to lead offshore marine geotechnical investigations across the APAC region. Based in Singapore (or Malaysia/Indonesia), you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vessels and clients to deliver high‑quality geotechnical data.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close offshore geotechnical investigations following Fugro’s Project Management handbook.
• Collaborate with Tendering, Operations, Vessel Management and Geotechnical Engineering teams.
• Develop Project Execution Plans, including Operational, Quality, HSSE and Emergency Response plans.
• Manage project budgets, approve invoices and recover third‑party costs.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE Management Systems and promote safety‑focused project personnel.
• Prepare invoicing data and drive continuous improvement of project performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in offshore geotechnical or drilling projects.
• Citizenship and current residence in Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to adapt to a cyclic industry.
