Project Manager – M&E (Construction) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager (or Assistant Project Manager) to lead M&E construction projects for a well‑established Singapore construction firm. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and costing to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage work programmes, cost estimates and material forecasts.
• Prepare and submit shop‑drawings for consultant approval.
• Participate in technical meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Prepare variation orders and manage change requests.
• Organise authority testing, commissioning submissions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or related).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing M&E construction projects.
• Broad knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
