Project Manager – Offshore Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex offshore engineering projects for a global engineering and offshore services group. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary client representative, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through close‑out, meeting contractual, procedural, and client expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling.
• Control commercial performance, including budget management, monthly accruals, invoicing, and contribution margin delivery.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimise utilisation and productivity.
• Procure subcontractor services in line with the authority matrix.
• Maintain robust reporting, communication routines, and documentation with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue additional scope or sales opportunities where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with QA, HSE, and governing project‑management procedures.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including deputies and field leaders.

Required profile

• Proven Project Management experience within offshore services, asset integrity, inspection, or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of offshore operations and field execution realities.
• Commercially minded with solid cost‑control and margin awareness.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Confident client‑facing representative with excellent stakeholder management skills.
