Project Manager – Plumbing & M&E Installations

About the role

Yew Seng Heng Engineering is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead on‑site delivery of plumbing, sanitary, gas and fire‑protection installations across commercial, residential and industrial projects in Singapore. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Monitor daily progress, manage changes, risks and site issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to meet technical, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit project reports, documentation and authority submissions.
• Optimize logistics, ensuring timely delivery and storage of materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in execution quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing construction or M&E projects, from planning through execution and monitoring.
• Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, safety standards and relevant authority processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
