Project Manager – Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S)

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works on new‑build projects such as HDB flats, condominiums and commercial developments. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects from start to finish while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage P&S works for new‑build projects, including HDB, condominium and commercial developments.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee project execution, managing schedule, manpower, subcontractors and site activities.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients and relevant authorities on project matters.
• Attend site, technical and coordination meetings; review drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and compliance with contract requirements and statutory regulations (PUB, BCA, etc.).
• Resolve technical and site issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project cost and variations in coordination with the QS team.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality standards and timeline.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.
• Proven experience managing new‑build projects such as HDB, condominium and commercial developments.
• Experience working with P&S subcontractors in Singapore (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project coordination and site management.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
