Project Manager – Power Systems Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will coordinate assigned power‑systems projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the realization and management of projects covering lead times, costs, quality, information and organization.
• Participate in contract review, clarify discrepancies with Sales Manager and Field Application Engineer.
• Act as single point of contact during execution for customers, suppliers, sales, service and finance.
• Establish and monitor project planning and budgets.
• Purchase or outsource all project‑related trading products, parts and services, including installation and commissioning.
• Organise and lead project kick‑off meetings (internal and on‑site) and monitor progress.
• Provide regular project evaluation reports and initiate corrective actions to improve variable margin.
• Manage project risks and opportunities, and oversee document approvals with the customer.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests, shipping requirements and accurate invoicing.
• Monitor contract deviations (schedule, scope, quality, cost, price, information) and drive resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an international sales and project‑management environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Basic understanding of commercial/contract law.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
