Project Manager – Racking & Mezzanine Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of racking and mezzanine projects for our Singapore operations. Based primarily in Mandai with hybrid work flexibility, you will coordinate planning, scheduling, supplier and contractor engagement, and on‑site supervision to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets for racking/mezzanine installations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to secure materials and services.
• Track material deliveries, manage expediting activities and resolve any delays.
• Supervise on‑site installation, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, building and fire codes.
• Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, provide progress updates and address issues.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and post‑project reviews.
• Collaborate with logistics, inspection and engineering teams to optimise workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction, industrial storage, or mezzanine systems project management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work with engineers, contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, logistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations and SCDF/URA requirements is a plus.
