Project Manager (Reclamation) – 2-year contract

About the role

You will manage the entire value chain of land reclamation projects, from concept planning and engineering design through to implementation, while navigating resource, time and environmental constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies to secure approvals and budget allocations.
• Lead the planning and development of reclamation profile concepts, analysing site conditions, soil data, hydrodynamic and met‑ocean parameters.
• Assess environmental impact studies and overall project constructability.
• Appoint and oversee consultants for environmental impact assessments and engineering design.
• Select and manage contractors for project execution, ensuring technical coordination with all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Identify potential construction issues or contractual disputes and devise appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Background in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Relevant experience in land reclamation, environmental impact assessment, hydrodynamic modelling, or marine structure works is advantageous.
