Project Manager – Retail Shopping Mall (AEI)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for retail shopping mall enhancement projects (AEI). The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and M&E projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress against schedules, and achieve project milestones.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or Architecture.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in shopping mall or asset enhancement initiatives.

Required skills

• Civil Engineering knowledge.
• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project expertise.
