About the role
Our client, a well‑established main contractor handling government and private building projects, is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead construction works. The role offers a challenging and rewarding career with senior‑level opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project team.
- Execute projects according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget.
- Plan and update the master programme.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays.
- Resolve on‑site contractual issues.
- Coordinate works between clients, consultants, sub‑contractors and suppliers.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in HDB, condominium or commercial projects.
