Senior Project Manager – Clinical Trials

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and closure of clinical research projects, ensuring they meet regulatory standards, budgets and timelines. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships and mentor junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and timelines, tracking scope changes and financial performance.
• Lead site feasibility, selection, set‑up and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with GCP, ICH and SOPs.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and sponsor representatives.
• Oversee data management, safety reporting, and ensure accurate documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior project managers and clinical delivery leads, supporting their technical development.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end clinical trial projects (Phase I‑IV).
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting for clinical studies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
