Project manager TC BIM Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager – TC BIM Modeller to lead BIM activities across residential construction projects in Singapore. The role combines technical BIM modelling with on‑site coordination and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit (Architectural, MEP, Structural) and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate site work, organise and lead meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the company, including documentation and reporting.
• Manage project schedules with Microsoft Project and integrate CAD and SketchUp deliverables.
• Communicate effectively in English and other languages as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of on‑site BIM experience in the residential construction sector.
• Ability to work independently and handle multi‑disciplinary coordination.
