Project Manager – Workplace Renovation & Relocation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead workplace renovation and relocation projects with a strong focus on technical delivery. The role involves managing end‑to‑end execution of office fit‑outs, coordinating design and construction teams, and ensuring seamless relocation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of workplace renovation and relocation projects.
• Drive technical execution, including design coordination, construction, and fit‑outs.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and risk.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, MEP teams, and vendors.
• Oversee on‑site execution, inspections, and quality control.
• Review design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders across client, internal teams, and external vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in workplace renovation, relocation, or office fit‑outs.
• Strong background in technical/project delivery teams (construction execution).
• Hands‑on experience with construction, fit‑out execution, and site coordination.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, interior fit‑outs, and commercial real‑estate projects.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
