Project System Specialist

About the role

The Project System Specialist will design and implement Automated Test Systems (ATS) for a range of electronic products, including SMPS, server power, EVSE, PV, battery, BOBC, passive components and safety‑critical devices. You will manage hardware and software tasks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are met.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑sales activities, evaluate BOM costs and define test requirements with clients.
• Procure system cabinets, mechanical parts and electrical components; create schematics and install wiring.
• Program Chroma ATS8000, BatteryPro and other test platforms to meet user specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and provide on‑site installation, site acceptance testing and training.
• Offer remote technical support post‑shipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit principles and test & measurement instrumentation.
• Excellent time‑management, proactive attitude and willingness to travel internationally.
• Effective communication with headquarters in Taiwan and ability to work independently.
• Valid Class 2/3 driver’s licence and good work ethics.
