Property Officer (Building)

About the role

JLL is hiring a Property Officer (Building) in Singapore, working on-site. The role supports the Building Manager and Center Manager in supervising non-technical service contractors and keeping the premises maintained so that client-set KPIs and performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager with day-to-day maintenance and operations of the building
• Monitor that systems run efficiently and safely according to design specifications
• Monitor and supervise the execution of the preventive maintenance plan
• Procure building parts for repairs and replacement, administer PTWs and verify works upon completion
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities so contractors, vendors and technicians finish work within timelines and standards
• Review and recommend cost-saving measures for water and electricity use and improvements to system durability
• Assist with tenders and quotes, OH&S and EEO issues, root cause investigations, negotiation and contracting
• Contribute to asset strategies and plans, and help deliver client asset plan expenditure savings targets
• Deliver high-quality service to the client and provide timely analysis and reports for asset plans, management reports, annual reports and business plans
• Ensure no major risks exist for public liability, fire and lift safety, essential and non-essential services, staff, office and contractors, and that the client's risk management plan is in place
• Support tenants' fit-out requests and the handover of tenant premises

Required profile

• Diploma in Building Services, Real Estate or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player who is flexible and dependable
• Good verbal and written organisation, problem-solving and communication skills
