Purchaser – Food & Beverage (Livehouse)

About the role

We are seeking a Purchaser for our Food & Beverage livehouse operations. The role involves handling daily purchasing, sourcing supplies, and coordinating with suppliers across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing and sourcing of supplies, ingredients and other operational items.
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing (no negotiation required).
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing requirements.
• Maintain proper purchasing records and monitor stock requirements.
• Assist with urgent or last‑minute offline purchasing when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese‑speaking suppliers and HQ team.
• Good communication and supplier coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle urgent purchasing requests.
• Physically fit and comfortable travelling out to purchase and carry items when urgent offline purchasing is required.
• Basic computer/Excel skills.
• Responsible, organised and detail‑oriented.
