Purchasing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Purchasing Executive to manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers and support cost‑effective sourcing for our operations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Handle purchase administration and order processing.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, contracts and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, develop cost forecasts and control expenses.
• Evaluate and develop vendors based on quality, on‑time delivery and cost competitiveness.
• Source quotations and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Team player with strong commitment to work.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and multitask.
